Joe, this is your blog. Click on the top right where it says to get your own blog, or whatever, and then sign in. Then, at the dashboard, click on settings. There, you can go to settings and edit your profile, the blog description, and all that good stuff. Now, to get our google ads on the right track...

Any other questions, such as how to get a profile icon/picture, or how to change/add links, just ask me and I'll show you. Also, don't click the ads too many times on one computer, otherwise Google knows you're screwing with them and they don't give us money.
Also, trying to modify something administrative on my blog, I noticed it's against the terms and conditions to say anything like "click my ads" and stuff. So make sure you don't do that, or else we lose my money.
